Dinner: (6.00pm):
6 oz chicken breast - 276 calories

Would this be healthy for me? It would be combined with 50 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.

Not enough calories, especially if you're exercising. Unless you're like 4 ft tall - and even then it is questionable.0

Looks good to me.0

Need to adjust for calories burned during exercise - the foods are very healthy and practical, just not enough. Try adding more veggies to each meal and some quinoa or couscous to your dinner (an extra 300-500 calories depending on your exercise habits)0

looks like something that would be served in a prison camp to me. is this something you seriously think you could eat for the rest of your life?
also it looks like it would literally make you depressed from the low fat and protein.0 -
Looks good to me, I honestly eat almost the same stuff. I love greek yogurt0

Agreed. 50 minutes of exercise a week you are probably looking at needing another 2,000 calories a week.0 -
stats / activity level?0

Yes it is healthy, the food choices are good. Doing a 20% fat and 30% protein intake is a good ratio.
I'm not sure if 1300 calories would be enough though for that activity level you described. You will just have to judge that for yourself. See how you feel and how much weight you lose. You might need to eat a bit more. Having a treat every now and then wouldn't hurt either if that helps keep you motivated.0 -
Are you 6' tall and 18 stone or 5' tall and 9 stone?
What are your goals?
Are you planning on eating back exercise calories or not?
Planning on eating the same menu every day (for the rest of your life....)?0
