Are the ingredients in this peanut butter all healthy?

Organic roasted peanuts (91%), organic palm oil and sea salt. I will be having it with carrot sticks as a snack.

    Palm oil is the new replacement for partially hydrogenated oils. Has the same properties but supposedly isn't bad, at least health wise.

    Hell I just get the Smuckers...just peanuts and salt

    Palm oil is an oil with a higher saturated fat content that allows it to stay "stable" at room temperature (thus reducing the need of hydrogenating less stable oils). Healthwise, it is better than hydrogenated oils, as it has fewer transfats per serving.

    I only buy peanut butter that lists as ingredients nothing more than - PEANUTS.

    I just eat the Skippy's "natural" peanut butter. It's not the ingredients, but the AMOUNT YOU EAT that's more of the problem. Peanut butter is so damn good!

    Almost any "All Natural" PB is good for you. You just need to watch the calories.

    Also, try PB2 (Can be found at GNC and Krogers). Or go to Myoatmeal.com and order some of their PB Lean which is out of this world amazing. It's powdered PB that you add water to until you get your desired consistency. Low in calories and the flavors are.... godly.

    It doesn't contain transfats, and it's got MCTs. *shrug* I cook with palm oil daily.
