How can I make a healthy smoothie with these things?

Hi, how can I make a healthy smoothie under 150 calories using these things?

Green apples
Bananas
Oranges
Pears
Green Grapes
Semi skimmed milk
Vanilla extract

    I love mixing milk, a banana, an orange and some vanilla with some ice cubes. Tastes like an Orange Julius! I also add greens, but that isn't on your list :)

    Freeze the banana in slices
    Use a few ice cubes, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup grapes, oranges slices, or berries, a few splashes of milk and a little vanilla.
    Greens are a super addition too. Agreed.
    I also add cinnamon to mine instead of vanilla, and often a little protein powder, but otherwise should be good.
