To eat back calories? Or to NOT eat back calories?
After exercising, should you eat back the calories you burnt off? In some ways I feel like this would be counter productive. But if you're eating 1500 cals a day and exercising away 300-400, would that put your calorie intake for the day at an unreasonably low level?

Why is MFP adding calories to certain foods?
Ex: 1 large egg has about 70-75 Calories in it. Why is MFP telling me that 2 fried eggs is 184 calories?!!! I had two eggs today, fried them with coconut oil spray and salt and pepper. How to add work out video to daily exercise?
I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for my a.m. workout and it's not available as an option for exercise. Should I break it down and enter in all the exercises done on the video and how long each was done? Or should I just put 25 minutes of circuit training? How long did it take you to reach your goal??!
I'm a 5'11 female and right now I'd say I'm about 180-182lbs. I'd like to get down to 160lbs. I'm combining Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and 45 mins of cardio on a recumbent bike.
