I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for my a.m. workout and it's not available as an option for exercise. Should I break it down and enter in all the exercises done on the video and how long each was done? Or should I just put 25 minutes of circuit training? I'm just trying to be as accurate as I can be ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks!!

I always just add it as circuit training0

I always put it in as "circuit training general." To get the most accurate values, you'd want a heart rate monitor probably, but I figured "circuit training" was close enough for me.0

Thanks guys
that's what I entered also. I'm thinking it's pretty accurate. But I may want to invest in a heart monitor thingy lol
