i think about food all the time
so i think about food all the time heck i even dream about food and currently im thinking about whether or not i should have a snack or maybe workout some more and have a snack later and water so doesnt help. anyone else have this problem? any advice??

i have heard of sites where people exchange books i was wondering if anyone knows of a site where people get together and exchange exercise videos,dvds, magazines , books and stuff i thought that would be a good thing for me since i get tired of the dame old stuff all the time

should i eat before or after exercise???
The title says it all usually i go for a walk first thing in the morning and sometimes i eat before if im starving sometimes i dont. Today im gonna have to exercise around lunchtime my question is which is better eating before or after?
