i was wondering if you are supposed to weigh meat before or after cooking???

Your choice: Some of the calories on the MFP food list are defined as cooked and some are frozen, etc.
I weigh my meat before cooking. If the weight on the "serving" on the package is the same, I know they are counting the number of calories when it is raw. If the weight of the "serving" is less (evaporation from cooking) than the initial weight of the meat, then I know the calories (on the package) are from the cooked state.
Clear as mud, right? Read this 3 or more times and my thoughts may become clear. Here's hoping! :drinker: (lots of water)0 -
