I've noticed fiber definitely makes a difference. I use advocare products and one of them is a fiber drink - mix it in my spark in the morning, about 30 minutes before breakfast, and I notice a huge difference. I stay fuller longer. It contains 60 calories and 10 grams of fiber! More than half your daily recommendation! Also, banana's, berries, legumes, and, another easy route, fiber one bars. Just be careful not to overdo fiber, and introduce it slowly if you are not used to taking in a lot - it can def wreack havoc on the tummy at first!0

Avocado or any veggie is usually pretty high in fiber. I'd stay away from un natural fiber like fiber bars, the natural stuff is what you want. I would just have half an avacado with a little italian dressing on it0

I too love the Chewy Chocolate 90 calorie Fiber One bars. The peanut butter chocolate aren't as good. I have a chocolate one everyday!0

as someone who is constantly hungry, i can highly recommend high-fiber veggies to keep you full with low calories. broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts... these are great options. SO healthy, filling and low cal. good luck!0

be careful if you just add a bunch of fiber to your diet. I would recommend to start with only half a serving and then up it slowly. I love the kellogs fiber bars. they are 120 calories. When I first ate one though it shocked my system and I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. just be careful that you have easy access to a bathroom0

veggies are best, some of those fibre bars have plenty of sugar, and I personally don't find them very filling. adding a small salad to your meals really helps. one cup of green is only about 15 calories.0

Hey Amber! I have a Fiber One, 90 cal bar each morning. But...pears are a great source of fiber, as are strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries...also pineapple too. You are doing a great job....proud of you!0
