Polar Ft4 help???

ok i have an ft4 and a few mins ago when i put it on to get ready to work out i was watching to see what my normal heart rate was and words that i had never seen popped up it said " heart rate signal OK " now ive never saw this before i dont know if ive just never noticed or what my problem is i dont know if that means the signal is really ok or if its asking me like something may be wrong any help is very welcome

    that comes up whenever it detects your heartbeat. So It's ok. It means you are ready to roll !

    ok i was freaking because i had thought maybe it hasnt been reading right or something and that would really aggravate me because i just bought it 2 mos ago. lol thank you i dont know why i never saw it before

    lol..once I was working out so hard that it stopped getting the signal..and it said something about signal not found, So i made sure the strap was tight enough and kept going then it said ..Heart rate signal ok! that's how i found out ...lol
