my sodium goal is 2500 is this normal?? i was lookin into everything tryin to figure it all out and i changed my diary to track my sodium but i dont know if i messed my amounts up or something and dont know how to change it back to the way it was set if i did??

The FDA recommends I believe 2300 mg and lower for people at risk for heart disease (obese, diabetics, etc) and I believe 2500 mg for normal population.0

If your allowable calories for the day is about 1500 then sodium of 2500 is about right.0

mine is set to 2500 and I never messed with it .0

thanks for the replys everyone i went to goals and set it to be set by mfp and it was still 25000
