going in for gall bladder op on the 10th feb

had a hospital appointment last wednesday

right wow tonight had weigh in and lets say this calorie thing and gym is so working out here are results i have lost another 4.3 kg this mth and am now at 94.2kg (207.2lb) not far till my next goal which is 92.5kg (203.5) so id say ill pass that by next mth my over all goal is about 75kg (165lb) at a guess will *kitten*…

mile stone. when you reach your first goal weather its to loose 10kg or 20pounds etc (i have a 10kg goal then when i reach it i strive for the next 10kg) anyhoo want to know what you do to treat yourself for reaching it that isnt food. just interested.

do you change your goals the weight part what i mean is you loose weight and need to change the goal start weight but what im asking do you change it every lb you loose or every 5lb or 10lb etc thanks

working out home recipe calories
i have a dish i make realy nice but when i worked out the cal count by ingredients adding up and dividing it well came out realy realy big and i mean higher than what a normal person should eat unless he was a giant so what am i doing wrong or should i stop eating my favourite dinner. not sure if i got another one right…
