i dont feel to bad about it.
i think i may be over but not by much as i couldnt get the correct nutritional info for stuff today but its anzac day and well i wanted to just have it as a non day for those that lost their lives in the wars. its a big social day with an early dawn parade this morning. was up at 4:30am to be in town by 5:50 am start. it was good quite emotional all the veterans marching in to parade and standing there remembering there mates that didnt make it home and those that have since died.
then it was off to the RSA (returned service association) and cups of tea or coffee with loads of rum (i didnt have any) and lots of nibbles i was quite good at the nibbles just a few istead of a pile lol
then off to inlaws for breakfast and stayed for lunch as most of us ended up falling asleep except the kids who went out with narny to feed the ducks.
then ended up staying for lunch as hubby took his dad out to get a laptop his first computar lol so hubby had to set it up for him.
now home and about to go to bed been a long day. catch you all tomorrow.
i will start afresh and rearing to go if fine going to go for a walk while kids ride their bikes and if raining like it is threatening might have to have a dance off.

I am taking today, tomorrow, and the next day off! I havent taken a day off in 4 months. I was even gone on vacation for 2 weeks with no days off. I will stay in my calorie boundary but I am not butting on any spandex for anyone! No running, no exersise....just me and the confrence I'm going to.
The way I see it is, I have been on at a steady weight for 5 weeks and my body needs a break. So I am taking three days off and when I come back Monday I will serve up one good work out and hopefully break this stuck weight.
We will see how I do with guilt, but I bet I wont even think about the gym.

good luck on the guilt thing and have fun.
must say i feel good for it as it reminded me why i dont eat certain foods.0 -
the weekend went well. i had to make an emergency stop at the grocery store to get fresh fruit and veggies.
I was at a university for the conference and all that was around me was old, sodium filled foods.
I did my best to stick around 1200 cals a day. I did it!
I also had no guilt! How about you? How are you doing?0
