help working out meat value i cant find it on here

i am going to have a peice of beef schnitzel but cant find it on here anywhere to get the cal value can anyone help me it would be a medium size peice thin obviously and not crumbs on it at all just the meat. thanks.

    Generally, a 3,oz serving of meat is about the same size as a deck of cards, if you can approximate the size just count is as beef.

    thanks for that ill give it a go. went to the gym just now and they sugested i go check what the packaged stuff there as i go to the butcher.
    man what a work out now to work out what it all is on the exercise section lol
