Overcame plateau and now?
Hey everyone, I managed to break the plateau I was on by eating like 100 to 200 calories more per day (for around 3 to 4 days) . I am now wondering if I should cut out these calories again or just keep on eating more to lose more???

Upping calories to increase metabolic rate
I have reached a plateau and was wondering for how long you upped your calories to increase your MBR and eventually lose the rest of the unnecessary weight? And did you do more exercise to burn these added calories? Thanks

Toning- how to do it!?

Weight gain during mentsruation?
