Overcame plateau and now?

Hey everyone,

I managed to break the plateau I was on by eating like 100 to 200 calories more per day (for around 3 to 4 days) . I am now wondering if I should cut out these calories again or just keep on eating more to lose more???

    Keep those extra calories! I'm glad you are sharing this especially for those who believe the less you eat the more you lose. It does take much, but your body needs enough energy to lose weight.
