what is a healthy percentage of body fat for women in their twenties (5ft 5 ) and what about the percentage of muscle mass? how much should it be?

Actually BMI is very indicative of healthy weight for the vast majority of people. Although it is a bit low. I'd aim for a BMI of 22-25.0
