Trying to lose weight with 1500 cals a day 5-6 45 min workouts a week. I do fine but I get nauseas if I dont eat enough and 1500 doesnt seem to be cutting it....should I up my cals, or is that my body trying to adjust?

Hubby and I were eating dinner last night with the baby and he looked at me and said "You look like you lost more weight...I can see it in your face!" I was over the moon happy. Maybe he is finally getting that compliments and encouragement really do go a long way! hope everyone has a GREAT day!

What do you do to keep your intake low? Do you cut out certain fruits/limit them? Ideally is an apple two servings of fruit? These sound like really stupid questions but It may be where im going wrong.....I know about the greek yogurt thing but it is so expensive!

how old can your running shoes be? my fav ones are atleast 4 years old.(love love love my addidas)...hubby bought me new ones BUT i get blisters....they are nice shoes but i can't stand wearing them....they are nike frees. So if my bmr is roughly 1800 calories a day. I am set to lose 1 pound a week at 1540 calories a day plus eating back all my exercise calories which comes to usually 400-500.
