Soooo just read a post about lifestyle settings.....OKAY I work a desk job...phones.....maybe walk a little in the 8 hrs im here.....I workout out for 30-60 minutes a day 5 days a week...WHAT SHOULD MY SETTING BE!!!

    about 50 more pounds...that will take me to 139

    I have two jobs one as a teller, standing all day, and one as a phone operator, so I put mine has sedentary, was a little harder to adjust to, but I am trying my best. I have around 25 pounds to lose and have it down to lose a pound a week.
