Anyone know of any good Body weight workouts? No money for the gym, and I cant keep buying hand weights.....These are not excuses mind you. I am just a mom with limited funds!

I have had many people suggest using soup cans. I have some 3 lb weights that I use so I haven't done that. You could also try checking out garage/yard sales - I've seen lots of used work out equipment that is much cheaper than brand new.

I'm on my 3rd week with the you are your own gym app and it's awesome. It's like your own personal trainer at home. I didn't wanna buy more hand weights either and Jillian Michaels wore out her welcome in my house lol. I started with the beginners 10wk program and its no joke! I am also a mom with limited time/funds :)

Yea I went right for the $1.99 app. I was going to buy the book which was around $16 so $1.99 didn't seem too bad lol. It's totally worth it!

I trained body weight and body resistance workouts for years and love the results. A few really good websites are:
