I got a pair of pajama pants for chistmas two years ago....have worn them once or twice cause they were so tight around my thighs and bum. Now i put them on an they are just as loose as the other two pairs i got that are the same brand but a bigger size! I was super happy!

Are you eating only 1200 calories a day plus your exercise calories? Did u bump it up to 1300-1400? I'm having troubles dealing with 1200 calories a day! I don't know how you do it!

Started 30ds yesterday

Is it true that you shouldn't do ab workouts if you still have fat there? I have a belly and have been doing a routine of 100 mixed up exercies a night and feel it's making a difference. But if this is true i certainly don't want to do it anymore!

I need a cardio dvd that really burns calories. Running is NOT getting me anywhere besides giving me painful calves and sore knees! I can do anything from 20-40 minutes. Does anyone know of any good fruit cups/ something that isnt hugely high in sugar/calories? Fresh fruit is getting too expensive and it does not stay fresh long enough.! I don't eat a whole lot of it but i do need something!

leg pains
The pain is more in my calf when Im running. It sort of shoots up the side of my cald. Its bearable but I wonder if its doing that because of exercise or because something else is wrong?

When it comes to my calorie intake it requests 1200 daily. Now after i put in my workout it says ive earned so many calories extra for that day. does that really mean i get that many extra calories? if not im under the 1200 limit everday
