I had been doing Jackie Werner's one on one and that made me waaaay sorer (not sure if i spelled that right) lol. I did level one of 30 ds and felt it wasnt enough so i went for a walk. While doing it i felt the burn but im thinking i need to up it to level two and add some more cardio in afterwards? I really wanna see results! I eat back almost all of my calories....but try to keep it around 12-1300 a day
