is there any way to log the 1st 30 day shred portion? what do you normally put that under?

I usually log 30 day shred as circuit training.0

when i made a thread asking this same thing most people told me to log it under "Aerobics, low impact"
so thats what ive been doing0 -
the most accurate way to do it might be to log the minutes of whats actually being done
3 minutes of jumping jacks
2 minutes jump rope
4 minutes stomach crunches
3 minutes jogging in place
etc0 -
listing it as circuit training makes me happy......though i worry about the actual calories burned oh well. it will come off eventually
