The moment I realized I sold all my skinny/smaller clothes on Ebay and now I need them back!!! Mom always said I should keep my clothes.... Oh well, guess that's a reason to go shopping!!! :) Happy Friday!

Mostly Sedentary.. Help!!!
I work at a bank and sit behind a desk everyday from 8am til 6pm.... I am soooo tired when I get home. It takes all I have to cook a healthy meal and after that i'm ready for shower then bed! :sad: Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas that will help me?

Started my diet hard core last week.... I seem to have the shakes around lunch time everyday!! But, I am getting all my calories, sugars, carbs, etc..... Help!

New to the message board!!! I will take any pointers/advice... I want to lose 20 pounds by Christmas! I have completely cut soft drinks from my diet since April. I drink a lot of water and unsweet tea. :)
