Macros or calories...? Plus daily walking?
I am trying to lose gradual weight and at the very minimum maintain. If I eat under 1,400 calories a day (my BMR is about 1,600) regardless of what it is, i.e. croissants, crisps, fruit etc. can I meet my goal? Why does my body (measurements) change so much
Whenever I work out I see firmer muscles in about 1-2 days but if I go a week without working out I look flabby and gain weight even if I eat below my limit. Right now my calorie limit is set at 1200. I walk to and from my job and am fairly active on my feet throughout the day. I wore a heart rate monitor and saw I burned an average of 200 calories a day. Can I make my limit 1,400 and still lose weight?

I work coaching tennis. I'm on my feet for about 6 hours straight lifting heavy objects and constantly moving and walking/running. I'm 135 pounds and 5"3 if that helps. What should I count this as? I'm estimating around 600 calories??

Should I reach my calorie goal as my net?
Today I ate 1700 cal before dinner I then exercised and burned 900 calories. should I eat more to get my net calories up to 1200? Or should I not because then I will have eaten over 2,000 calories? So confused about this!
