hi i am really lacking the motivation to do anything, i feel it is hopeless when i am as big as i am. the success stories on here are great, but is there anyone that is over 330 pounds and losing or lost it, i just need something to hope for to help me see that it can be done.

veggie dip homemade is it better made with plain yogurt or cottage cheese so many recipes online i don't know what to choose opinions please, p.s. i kinda like sweet better than salty if that makes a difference in using yogurt or cottage cheese. thanks

staying on track
some help please. i have a problem staying on track. i get cravings and i dive in head first and before i know it i have eaten a ton of calories. any tips to stop overeating would be helpful thanks.
