Retaining water
I was told that when you exercise you tend to retain water...why is that? Is that a good thing or a bad thing? While I know working out is excellent - I don't like the retaining water part. I have noticed that after my hour workout of kickboxing my belly looks and feels bigger - almost bloated!!

Why do Men lose weight quicker than Women?
My husband started on his diet a week after I did. And to this date he has lost 2 pounds more than I have!! While he has alot more to lose than I do...I work out 3 times per week - he does not work out and I make healthy dinners (which my husband eats).
