I do kickboxing 2 to 3 times a week but would like to add some strength training for my non kickboxing days. I am new to this so am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on some good videos that I could follow at home and also I would like to buy some dumb bells but have no idea how many pounds I should buy I am looking to tone my entire body especially my tummy area. Any advice or suggestions?

    I highly recommend ChaLEAN Extreme! It's one of my favourite programs and is one of the programs that helped me to lose 100 lbs! You do need various weights for it but it all depends on how heavy you can lift now.
