Belly Fat

I am in my early 40's and had all 3 of my children by the time I was 30. I have never lost my pre pregnancy weight. I want more than anything to have a flat stomach without the 'flab' of skin that was stretched from my pregnancies. Is there anyway I can get rid of it? I am not interested in a tummy tuck lol. I do kickboxing 3 times a week and always work my abs but just want to get rid of the flab and stretch marks.

    you can get rid of the stretch marks using bio-oil i dont know about belly flab but i think strength training will help

    Add in resistance training revolving around compound lifts and make sure to weigh and measure all your food and eat at a deficit.
