Back again
13 months ago I took a break from MFP and have gained back 13lbs. In total I had lost 43lbs over a 2 year period. So, am back and gonna work hard to get it off. Harder this time out as I’m in full peri menopause.

How do you cope when long term illness keeps you from exercising

Do I need a weighted barbell squat in my home routine
Can't afford to renew my gym membership so am hoping to do some weights at home. Am curious whether people trust it or not. I know a lot of them are user inputs so just wondering what the consensus is on how accurate they are. For me, I look for the verified entries or create my own entries and use labels as a guide. What do you guys think/do?

Anyone know the calorie value of 50g cooked freekeh? Or even 100g? I've an uncooked value on the box but can't source a cooked value. Searched the database with nothing. Or is cooked and uncooked the same. Thanks.
