Do I need a weighted barbell squat in my home routine

Can't afford to renew my gym membership so am hoping to do some weights at home. I've seen a bar and some plates for sale and could shoulder press, curl etc but I've no room for a rack so weighted squats would be out. Are they crucial or can I work around/without them. They are one of my favourites and I do miss them but sadly, going back to my gym is out for now.
I also train aerially and do body weight conditioning including a weighted walking lunge and dumbbell squats.

You can do hack squats. Not optimal, but they'll get the job done

No, you certainly don't need them. Though a basic squat stand doesn't take up any more room than you'd need to overhead press, so I don't see room as being a limiting factor here.

But to your question, there are several squat variations that are worth looking into if you don't want to do a traditional barbell squat.

Barbells just make it easy to incrementally challenge your body, but you can maintain or increase strength simply doing body-weight work. "Convict Conditioning" and "You Are You Own Gym" being two well-known examples among many.

It's not quite the same, but you can also increase the load by doing isolateral work such as Bulgarian split squats or step ups.
