Fidgeting
Does fidgeting (bobbing/shaking leg) actually burn additional kilojoules? Or is that just another myth added to the pile?

Net Kilojoules?
I am under my food kilojoules goal and then when i exercise it puts me way under my net kilojoules (5021). So is it the Net Kilojoules that are meant to meet my 5021kJ goal or, is it my food kJ that is meant to meet my goal? I'm so confused!

What really defines a "Healthy Lifestyle"?
I just had the epiphany of, what really is a healthy lifestyle? Dumb question, i know but, what really is eating clean? What does that consist of? Because my idea of a healthy food could be completely wrong! I honestly am perplexed.
