Calories Burned from Exercise - Strength Training
MFP gives 0 for calories burned if I input anything strength/weight related - biceps curls, abdominal crunches, rows, etc. I realize not much gets burned from strength training. But nothing?! I tried putting in 500 minutes to see if that 0 would budge -- nope. What am I missing here?

Cardio Bunny?
What the what is it? I know it's derogatory. Does it require machines? I do walking DVDs with added jogging, resistance bands, all kinds of arms in the air (sometimes with hand weights), knee lifts, jumping, moving side to side and front to back and stretching. Under Calories, Over Carbs & Fat
Uggggh, so how much does it matter? Calorie count is under but those other columns - carbs, fat and sugar, are often "over". And if it doesn't matter that much for weight loss, why are those columns even there? Enlighten this dullard, please. Thanks.

Totally Confused
Completely new to this (sorry!) - MFP tells me to eat 1380 calories a day. TDEE calculation tells me to eat 1764 calories a day. BMR calculation tells me to eat 2119 calories a day.
