I messed up today eating a salad at Dibella's

went from size 22 to 18
Today while i was babysitting my nephew i noticed that my jeans were so big i was able to put a fist in them so after my sister came to pick him up I went to the store and tried on some size 18s and the fit perfect. I bought 3 pairs of jeans and one pair of work out pants. yay i went down 2 sizes.

question regarding how to count minutes for weight machines
I have a question regarding weight machines in the gym. I do each machine using a weight that is very difficult with the last 4 lifts. If it isn't hard with the last 4 lifts i increase the weight. Lost 10 percent of my total weight and 14 inches
I have lost a total of 25 pounds or a little over 10 percent of my total weight in just 8 weeks. Went down one dress size and lost 14 inches total in my waist, hips and chest. I did this by following mfp guidelines and increasing my physical activity. Also, posting all the food i eat and checking in with all of you.
