Does anyone know of a good book on how to use the weight lifting machines in the gyms. I need a book geared to women. I'd like to read it to not only help me know how to use the machines safely but even help me make a plan that would help me build strength gradually.

The women's health big book of exercise. Came highly recommended by my brother. Don't get the kindle version, I like it.0

I like the special collector's edition of oxygen Tough Love Workouts...I know a lot of people do not like Bob Kennedy (not sure why) or the whole oxygen thing...but the workouts are illustrated well and easy to understand. I have learned a lot from reading this (sort of like a magazine) book and highly recommend it for beginners like me!0
