hot smoothies?
hi, I like smoothies but the weather is too cold for me to have one not sure if u can have a hot/warm one....unless it just grose. any ideas? I thought one way would be porridge. thank you.

what to trust?
Just a question about scanning products bar codes and seeing the nutrition in it but then googling the same product which has a different value. eg. 100g raspberries. 70 cals, 5.5g fiber and 1.3g protein on MFP Google - 100g raspberries 53 cals, 6g fiber and 1.2g protein.

i need ideas for choosing a bread
I am currently eating lawsons wholemeal bread which is 240 cal, 9.5g fibre and 10.3g protein for 2 slices. anyone know a bread with less calories but with a high protein and fibre? I'm in Australia btw thank you.

anyone know foods to help with bloating and digestion ?
I have a probiotic yoghurt which only sometimes help. If eat one thing of junk food I bloat which can last a few days. I also thought pear juice but not sure of that one. Thank you.

hate feeling bloated and heavy
grr I hate this bloated, heavy kind of feeling. I haven't been eating right and feel so heavy compared to when im eating healthy when I feel light and slim and am finding it hard to get back on track. just needed to vent.

ever scanned a bar code and random food come up

cals a day doesn't make my goals... help
Hi, I'm 5'7 (170cm) currently around 60kgs and my goal is 55kgs. My calories per day say I need to eat at least 1100 and when I click "complete entry" is says in 5 weeks I will weight 60.8kgs. How am I meant to reach my goal ? Any help? Thank you.
