Hi,

I'm 5'7 (170cm) currently around 60kgs and my goal is 55kgs.
My calories per day say I need to eat at least 1100 and when I click "complete entry" is says in 5 weeks I will weight 60.8kgs.

How am I meant to reach my goal ?
Any help?

Thank you.

You need to eat at least 1200, plus exercise calories. With so little to lose, you can expect a half pound a week. You're already in a healthy weight range, so why are you trying to lose weight?

Did you set your goal to 1kg (~2 pounds) per week? Because that will be too aggressive at your size. Change it to .25kg/.5 pounds and be patient.

How many calories did you actually log? Are you sure your profile reflects your current weight? Even if you told MFP you're sedentary, it should not think you're gaining weight on 1100 calories a day. (For those of you focused on what her goal is, I think you're missing the fact that she's implying she consumed 1100 calories and MFP is telling her when she clicks "complete entry" that she'll gain .8 kg in 5 weeks -- i.e., that at 1100 calories, she's consuming 110 calories more than her NEET.)
