wanted: english muffin recipe no yeast

I've been wanting to make English muffins for ages have never gotten around to it.

i'd prefer wholemeal ones but this doesn't matter as u can change recipes.

i've been making them with yeast for a couple months now, and loving how they turn out. Just curious why "no yeast"?

Are you looking for an alternative leavener, Or unleavened english muffins (i can't even picture how this would work, but i'm not very knowledgeable about baking yet)?

I have been making whole wheat ones for awhile and love them. My recipe has yeast in it though.
