Help putting together an at home exercise plan?
Wondering if someone would be willing to help me put together an exercise plan at home to tone up. I am 147lb 5'6. I just want to build muscle and tone all over!! Any help is appreciated!!!

itting the gym tomorrow for the first time in a LONG time!
So I start back to school tomorrow & am going to the gym on campus. I am going alone & havent ever really used the weights or machines other than a treadmill. I don't think they have like personal trainers there to hire or anything & now I am at a loss as to what to do.... idk how those things work & I don't wanna screw…

Which is better? Target specific muscles on certain days or do full body workouts so you're working everything together??

Beginning weight lifting for women

Popping posterior knee

WORKOUT OUTSIDE!!!!! I hate being cooped up in the house with my only option to exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go running! I COULD do the 30 day shred, but who wants to do that with a 9 month old under your feet!
