What exercise regimen is working for you, to lose the weight and look great?! :happy:

I mix it up cause I get bored easily. I have a treadmill, I use Leslie Sansone on On-Demand and I have one of her DVD's, I have a resistance band that I use for toning and recently added swimming and water calistenics to my regime.0

I started with the elliptical machine, added in Zumba classes, after a couple of months did Jillian's 30 day shred, and now am doing TurboFire. I like to mix it up and find that cardio works best for my weight loss, but my body gets used to the exercise after a while so changing it up every few months works for me. I like the Turbofire program I am on now because each day is a different workout. A different length, different moves, so my body doesn't get used to doing the same exercise over and over again.0

I do The Biggest Loser - Last Chance Workout DVD, the 30 Day Shred, and Dance Central for the Kinect. I switch between those 3 about 5 times a week.0

I have the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds - 5-day fit dvd and husband and I have been working a lot with the day 1 - which is 20 minute/1 mile walk and then we have worked with day 3 which is the 30 minute/2 mile walk and they have both done well for us. We also do some work on our own using the same basic moves from her work outs and we take turns on the elliptical, I have a body ball for toning exercises and he uses my resistance tube and does chest push ups using the snack bar. Seems to be working for both of us as I lost 6 pounds since beginning of March and he has lost almost 11 in the same time frame.0
