I need some friends to venture into this weight loss and healthy eating thing!!!!!
I am starting a low carb diet as of today. I did it last year for 4 weeks and lost 15 lbs with no exercise!!

    I will be your friend! Be very careful with low/ carb diets. It's easy to put the weight back on once you go off a diet like that. Eat plenty of protein and fiber to balance out the carbs you consume and try to at least walk if you don't usually exercise.

    I will be your friend! I am on a low glycemic index plan, meaning you can eat carbs just in moderation. It is a lifestyle though, not a diet. I lost 28 pounds from January to mid march and then I started MFP 2 weeks ago and have lost 2 more pounds. Feel free to add me! Oh, and welcome to the club!
