I keep hearing things about this... what's it used for and how? What does it do for your body?

It is food...it is a high quality protein.
PERIOD...nothing more, nothing less.0 -
Its a fast-digesting form of protein derived from dairy. It will effect your body the same way as any other protein and should only be supplemented if you need more protein in your diet0

For me it is building my albumen to heal my wounds faster. I am a diabetic and I heal very slow and it speeds the healing time in half.0

It's basically protein powder to be used as a drink (with water or milk). I actually just had some with water cuz I was very hungry and didn't want to start mindless eating! I had never really had it before and my mother-in-law suggested the Body Fortress one. (Can be found at Wal-Mart for $15- u get a HUGE tub!) It's been about 3 months since I bought it and I'm just now running out. Though I don't have it every day. I like the chocolate peanut butter one and put it in my blender with a frozen banana- great snack or breakfast! Also- I read that you can mix it in like 1/2-1 cup of Greek vanilla yogurt for a high protein snack which I've been doing and it's pretty good!0
