I'm doing a workout similar to Insanity but I don't log it. I just do it0

I used to log it as "circuit training"0

Thanks for asking the question - I was just wondering that myself!0

Or get a HRM and have a more accurate count of your burn!0

I log all excersize as walking 3mph. It seems to be one of the only ones that's close to actual calories burned and all other excersize burns more. If I do an insanity workout, I know I burned 2-3 times more than I do walking and that's fine. As long as I don't overestimate my calories burned, it's accurate enough.0

You can use "circuit training" or enter it as a new exercise0
