bad breath
Ok....has anyone else noticed their breath getting worse when they are losing weight?.... I hope this isn't just me. I've noticed any time I've been on a diet (and it's working) then my breath doesn't seem to stay fresh for long. :blushing:

What's your hip measurement & what jeans size do you wear?

First goal reached
I reached my first goal today!!! I'm SOOO happy! I haven't been 140lbs in over two years! I had old clothes in my closet and put on a pair of old pants and they fit!! Gained weight with HRM calories
Has anyones else used the calorie burn their HRM (higher number) instead of the calorie burn that MFP(lower number) says and then gained weight instead of lost weight? Could it be because I have a slow thyroid and so my HRM calorie burn is wrong and reading higher than it should?.... Any guesses?... I have a Polar FT7

HRM accuracy & fast resting heart rate
Ok- I have a Polar FT7 heart rate monitor and I am SSOOOO afraid to go by the calorie burn that it gives me BECAUSE my normal resting heart rate is 90bpm and so it's already "fast." I was told that if you have a high body fat percent you don't NEED to eat back you exercise calories (unless you feel tired and exhausted and need the energy from the food) because you have the extra fat store on your body for energy. P90x Starts today
I started the Lean version of P90x today. I hope it gets easier the more I do it. I only made it thru 1/2 the first DVD. I walked fr an hour before I did it so I wasn't 100% full of energy but I wasn't run down either. Ugh any words of advise from ppl that have done the full 90 days?...
