AT what Body Fat percentage should you stop eating below your BMR because now your body no longer has enough extra fat stored on it for energy and you need to eat more?....

I don't think you should ever eat below your BMR. It is not healthy.
You should eat between your BMR and TDEE. A deficit of 15 - 20% from TDEE should help you lose weight.
You are doing P90X. They recommend to eat at least 1800 for women. When I was doing it, I was eating around 1600 calories, maybe a bit more.
You should up if eating below bmr0 -

one number floating around is 30 calories per day per lb of fat reserves, so a 150 lb woman with 20% fat would have 30 lbs and be able to provide 900 calories a day from reserves to fuel a deficit.
The deficit is of course from your actual TDEE not an estimated BMR, so as fat diminishes the deficit should perhaps taper off in tune with it.0 -

I agree! If you are eating below your bmr, you should up your calories. Be healthy on your journey and at the end of it.0 -
