How good are pushups for you?
I'm just curious because I set my goal at 5 sets of 16 a day (regular pushups). And I want to know if I'm even benefitting from that? Do I need to do more? Less? Different stuff? I already do jogging every day/elliptical when I can get to the gym in place of jogging. Thanks in advance!

How do you feel about your support system?
I've been thinking lately about how my boyfriend acts about me losing weight. When I was at my heaviest he would say "You still look great!" and would say "I won't find you as attractive if you lose weight!" when I'd complain that I felt fat. Body fat %- how do you find yours?
I tried the measuring method but was absolutely shocked to get 25% body fat... I KNOW I don't have that much, just out of principle.
