CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME...
I DON'T WORKOUT FOR A WEEK AND I EAT BETWEEN 1500-1700 CALORIES AND I LOST LIKE 1,5 POUNDS, WHEN I DO WORKOUT ( 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR AN HOUR) AND EAT 1800 CAL I'm NOT LOSING ANYTHING OR PUTTING ON 1 POUND AND LOSE 0.5 THE NEXT WEEK... I'M NOT EATING ENOUGH FOR THE EXERCISE I'M DOING? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!?

hello! i'm wondering if evrybody goes through the following... when i'm training i'm used to eat more because of the calories lost, but when i'm on my training day off I still have to respect my calorie allowance and I happen to be more hungry during that day .... is it normal? should i eat more? or not? i'm confused...…
