hi everybody!
I have a question, after I weigh in do I have to go update my profile to make the adjustment caloric wise?
because last time I weighed in I change my weight but didn't go to update my profile so, my caloric needs wasn't changed until yesterday night I went to check my profile and I clicked on update and I noticed that my caloric needs has changed a little...
is that me? is there something that I didn't understand?
thanks!

Usually when you have lost 10 lbs, MFP will prompt you to change your calorie needs. It did for me, anyhow.0

The less you weigh, the less calories you need, so as you lose weight your caloric intake will go down, unless you adjust your weekly loss goal down.0

unless you are already at 1200 cals then it doesnt do anything0
