Hi guys!

i'm wondering how many of you are on phase one of body rev? and what are your results so far? because i have started this a week ago and i didn't follow the kickstart and the diet plan but i'm still restricting my calories to 1500 including vegetables etc... and I haven't lost anything so far... maybe it's too soon to tell ?? I even took a pound and 1/2 this week... so for sure i'm not a newbie to training and i'm spending only around 200-240 calories per training is that normal? When i'm working out I have the feeling that i'm working hard and i'm dripping sweat and am exhausted after cardio1 but the caloric expenditure is not so impressive...

anyone living that situation?

thanks to all!

have you checked your measurements? I'm half way through week 2, and I have only lost a pound. I'm not following the meal plan either but just REALLY watching my calories and eating right. I have lost 1 in in my boobs, 1 in on my waist, and 1/2 in on my belly fat! :) I would take that over pounds any day! :)

remember you are buildiing muscles! so you may be shrinking but not losing weight. I' also drip with sweat with it, but not burning that many calories. It is supposed to REALLY step up in the next phases.

thanks! you really reassuring me!! it's just that i've been used to spend like 400 calories in an hour of training so i was wondering if it should be the same! but you're right i do feel different in my body and i feel great after the training each time!!

i haven't took any mesurement yet i'll be doing it either beginning of april of at the end of phase one... i'll let you know how it goes!

    thanks!

you're welcome! it's always discouraging when the scale doesn't move, especially since Jillian promises extreme weight loss, but hopefully we will both get there :)
