calories and categories

Hello, to you all,

I have a question, I starting the adventure in MFP and I was wondering If I manage to keep my calorie budget in order but I go over in protein, fiber etc... Does that matter a lot and will it keep me from weightloss? i'm keeping my calories to my budget which is 1500 calories but i'm always getting like -6 protein, -17 carbs ...

can anyone help?

    Over in fiber is fine. Over in protein is not. Try lowering your carbs and that will automatically raise your protein. I have my carbs set at 45%.

    I've consistently been over most of my things and I have still managed to lose 4lbs since joining about 2 weeks ago i guess its person specific

    ok well, i'll see over the weeks what works for me, and i'll make the changes accordingly as my weightloss progress...
