Today i tried on my capris from the end of last summer..
These capris are from the end of last summer so about 7 months ago..ive been doing cardio and keeping track of what i eat for about 4 months. cant seem to make these any smaller..any help?

Doctors appointment

Ideas for chicken
So lately ive been trying to eat mostly chicken for dinner. But my limited cooking skills, and recipe ideas are getting boring! I would love to hear some recipes or good seasoning ideas for chicken.

toning up..?
So as of right now i am only doing Cardio(walking/speed walking) on my treadmill and while that seems to be helping with my weight loss i would like to also start toning up. My trouble areas are mainly just my upper arms(the dreaded 'lunch lady arms'), but also upper thighs and i wouldn't mind toning up my butt either.…

eggs and cholesterol
I just looked at the nutritional information on the back of my carton of eggs, 1 large grade A egg has 71% of the daily amount of cholesterol, everyone says having an egg and some fruit for breakfast is healthy, but with the much cholesterol i dont see how thats even possible.

Salad dressing?
I know it would be healthier to make my own, but id still like to have some in my fridge when im short on time. Any one have any good suggestions of 'healthier' salad dressings possibly made from a healthier oil( like canola or evoo) and low in sodium and fat?

Eating fresh foods..
I always have trouble eating fresh foods, I dont like veggies at all, green beans are the only ones i actually like, broccoli i only like if its cooked and in some sort or sauce/dressing and peas are OK if they are in soups or something. I LOVE my coffee,but i always feel guilty getting them, i try to keep it at least semi-healthy(or as close to it as i can) by getting a medium with skim milk and 3 splenda from Dunkin donuts.But i still feel like I'm eating junk food when drinking it.
